Reversible hammer crusher introduction:
Reversible hammer crusher is one of the main equipments for finely crushing limestone, coal or other brittle materials below medium hardness in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, hydropower and other industrial sectors. It has the characteristics of large crushing ratio, high production capacity and uniform product size. Reversible hammer crusher is mainly composed of frame body, rotor, screen strip, striking plate and adjusting device. FKN series reversible hammer crusher produced by Phoenix Mining Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is used for compressive strength of ore not exceeding 150Mpa( 1500 kg/cm2) crushing of brittle materials of medium hardness, such as coal, limestone, gypsum, soft refractory materials, etc.
Principle of reversible hammer crusher:
The material is mainly crushed by impact. The crushing process is that the material enters the crusher and is crushed by the impact of the high-speed rotary hammer head. The crushed material obtains kinetic energy from the hammer head, and rushes from the high speed toward the baffle in the frame. At the same time, when the materials hit each other and are crushed many times, the materials smaller than the gap of the screen are discharged from the gap, and the individual larger materials are again impacted, ground, and squeezed by the hammer head on the screen After being crushed, the material is extruded from the gap by the hammer head, so as to obtain the product with the required particle size.
Reversible hammer crusher features:
1. The maximum crushing ratio can reach 20;
2. Reversible crushing is achieved, the hammer head is used on both sides, and the service life is increased by more than 1 times;
3. Mechanical gap adjustment to compensate for the increase in particles caused by wear of wearing parts;
4. The hammer head arm and the rotor disc shaft are flexibly connected. For unbreakable materials, the hammer head is withdrawn and the materials are discharged;
5. The counterattack plate heating system (electricity, steam, heat conduction oil) is used to process moist and viscous materials, so that drying and crushing are carried out at the same time;
6. The two sides of the crusher are opened by the hydraulic system, which is easy to overhaul;
7. Complete automatic control system, main electrode overload control, main bearing temperature increase control, automatic lubrication system control.
